Overview
BudsiDesk operates on a subscription basis. We aim for complete satisfaction, but if you are not happy with your subscription, please review our refund conditions below.
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period so you can evaluate BudsiDesk before subscribing. After the trial ends, you'll be billed automatically unless you cancel before renewal.
Subscription Refunds
- Monthly plans: Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused time.
- Annual plans: Refunds may be granted within 14 days of purchase if the account has not been actively used.
- Renewals: Refunds are not issued for renewal payments after the renewal date has passed.
To request a refund, contact admin@budsidesk.com with your account details.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Once cancelled, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may approve refunds in rare cases of:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical issues preventing access
- Legal obligations requiring refund
All decisions are made at our discretion.
